1. What does Desiwear sell?

Desiwear is an online shop for authentic South Asian festive wear. Our range includes:

  • Women's Fashion: Lehenga, Saree, Salwar Kameez, Anarkali, Kurti, Churidar
  • Men's Fashion: Sherwani, Kurta Pajama, Indo Western, Nehru Jacket

All products are handmade imports from India – ideal for special occasions.

2. What occasions is the clothing suitable for?

Our fashion is perfect for:

3. What sizes are available?

  • Women's Fashion: Sizes 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42
  • Men's Fashion: S, M, L, XL, XXL
  • Custom-made: All sizes possible – just email us at info@desi-wear.de

4. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard sizes: 2–3 weeks
  • Custom-made items: 3–4 weeks

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. What are the shipping costs?

  • Germany: Free shipping, no minimum order value
  • EU (excluding Germany): 5.90 €

6. How do returns work?

For standard sizes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods.

  • Register the return via email at info@desi-wear.de
  • The goods must be returned unworn and with the tag
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
  • Custom-made items are excluded from exchange

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Union Pay.

8. Can I order a custom-made item?

Yes! We custom-make items – for every size. Send us an email at info@desi-wear.de with your measurements (ideally from a tailor familiar with Desi clothing). Please note:

  • Delivery time: 3–4 weeks
  • No returns possible for custom-made items

9. What materials are the clothes made of?

Depending on the product, we use high-quality materials such as georgette, satin, silk, crepe, chiffon, net, and velvet. You can find the exact material in the respective product description.

10. How do I care for my Desiwear clothing?

For most products, we recommend:

  • Cleaning: Professional dry cleaning
  • Storage: Folded flat in a breathable fabric bag
  • Ironing: At low temperature inside out or covered with a cloth
  • Drying: Lay flat in the shade, no direct sunlight

13. What is the price range of your products?

Our products start from approximately €39.99 and go up to several hundred euros for elaborately embroidered bridal wear. We offer authentic festive wear at fair prices.
