1. Which payment methods do you accept in your online shop?
We offer a variety of payment methods including PayPal, Klarna, American Express, credit card, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
2. How long does shipping take and where is it delivered?
Shipping within the EU usually takes 2-3 weeks. Shipping to Germany is free!
3. How does the return process work for your products?
If you would like to make a return, you can simply register this using our contact form or send us an email. You will then receive a return label as soon as possible, which you can either have the shipping partner scan or print out and stick on the package.
4. Do you offer a warranty or refund for your products?
Yes, we offer a refund within 14 days provided the return conditions are met.

6. Are the products available in standard sizes or do you also offer customized options?
Our products are mainly available in standard sizes. We can also offer customization upon request. For this, please write us an email. Please note that returns are not possible on custom-made products. To do a custom-made product, we need the measurements from a tailor who is familiar with desi clothing.
